Take your work in therapy to the auric level! An experienced energy worker, intuitive, and art therapist explores the emotions influencing your aura as images, shapes, colors, or sensations. This unique session combines somatic art therapy and energy work in a no-contact, high-impact therapeutic experience.

This 2-hour offering begins with a guided meditation, moves into an auric energy-work session which inspires somatic art therapy exercises, and then closes with integrative discussion and processing.

*This offering is for clients who I have worked with for a minimum of 10 sessions or who are already established with another mental health provider. Warmly, this is to ensure that you have integration care following the session.
